Barton allegedly made sexual comments to one patient in a health care facility. During the facility's investigation of this conduct, Barton quit and was hired by another health care facility in Everett; there he made sexual comments and sexually touched another patient.

Barton cannot practice or be employed as a certified nursing assistant until the charges are resolved. He can respond to the charges and request a hearing within 20 days.Read more at access.wa.gov.
